Clutch and gearbox fitter
£34,000 to £40,000 a year
Full time, on site at our Aigburth Road workshop
We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled clutch and gearbox fitter to join our company. The main part of the job is the removal and installation of clutches and manual gearboxes, and it also includes car servicing and brakes. You must be able to carry out work on most manual vehicles.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in clutch and manual gearbox fitting. This is essential. Please do not apply if you have no experience of clutch and gearbox fitting.
- The ability to carry out work on most manual vehicles.
- A high standard of work. Our mechanics work to a very high standard, so attention to detail is of the utmost importance.
Pay and conditions
- Excellent working conditions.
- Good rates of pay based on experience.
- Starting salary £34,000, rising to £40,000 with experience.
