What we collect and why

Callback form: if you request a callback we collect your name, phone number and, optionally, your vehicle details, the service you need and a message. We use these details solely to contact you about your enquiry and to carry out any work you book. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you make.

Form submissions are delivered to us by email. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.

Cookies and analytics

We use one optional analytics tool, Google Analytics 4, to understand how the website is used (for example, which pages are visited and whether visitors call us). It is loaded only if you choose “Accept” on the cookie banner; choosing “Decline” means no analytics cookies are set. A single small preference is stored in your browser to remember your choice.

How long we keep information

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records, then deleted.
